About 9-12 months before your wedding, you should map out a budget for your wedding and decide how much you wish to allocate to your flowers for the big day.

Start a Pinterest board, explore our gallery, and get a good idea of what you would like for your big day. Consider the time of year you will be getting married and be open to recommendations from your floral designer.

After you have outlined your budget and gathered your inspiration, it’s time to schedule your phone consultation. During this call, I will make suggestions and give you an approximate cost based on your requests. At the end of this call, we will schedule your in-person consultation.

During your in-person consultation, I will get to know you and your fiance and talk through ideas based on our initial phone conversation. We will review flower selections, and create a mock-up to use for our future design plan.

After our in-person consultation, I will send you finalized pricing and a list of the services & florals we discussed. This is a great time for you to provide feedback and ask any additional questions you may have. If everything looks good, you will sign your contract and we will be locked in for your big day!

About 6 weeks before your day, I will connect with you to confirm the details for your day. Once this step is complete, I will begin ordering flowers, materials, and any rental items. I will also confirm all delivery times and logistics with you.
